Personal Data Protection (GDPR)

We appreciate all our participants, volunteers, partners and supporters.

In connection with the entry into force of Regulation (EU) 2016/679, we would like to inform you about the scope and purpose of the processing and storage of personal data and your rights.

What data do we process and store?

A. Ambassadors website visitor data

When you visit this website, Google Analytics records data in the following scope: your IP address, pages visited, how long you stay on the page and which page you come from, gender, age, country, language, browser, operating system, network and device type. Cookies are used to measure website traffic. You can disable the use of cookies in your browser. We would like to inform you that Google obtains additional data by using Google Analytics. B. Data of recipients who have expressed their consent to communication via the Mailchimp system

Based on informed consent, we store and process data for the purposes of sending quarterly magazines, current news, calls and offers in the following scope – registration data: name, surname, email, date and time of registration and further voluntarily provided data such as: date of birth, address, telephone contacts, children’s first and last names, children’s dates of birth, children’s email addresses and telephone numbers, participation in the team, camp or other Ambassadors event, possible membership in the association and how you learned about Ambassadors.

We store this data until the purpose no longer applies, or until the possibility of the data subject participating in another Ambassadors event no longer exists, or until you withdraw your consent to store it. We do not transfer the data to a third party, nor are they used for other purposes. Only employees of Ambassadors Football Czech Republic, zs have access to it. Read the Mailchimp Privacy Policy.

C. Data of players and parents who have agreed to communicate via the Teamstuff system

Based on informed consent, we store and process data that players or members of our clubs have entered into the Teamstuff.com system for the purpose of contact records, payment records and communication between coaches and players, including: name, surname, email, date of birth, telephone number, health data. This data may also be accessible to other club members registered in Teamstuff and it is necessary for the user to set the privacy options of their account on teamstuff.com according to their will. D. Data of former and current participants of events, clubs, and groups based on informed consent

Based on informed consent, we store and process the data of participants in our events listed below for the following purposes. Consent lasts until the purpose ceases, or until the possibility of the data subject participating in another Ambassadors event ceases, or until the consent granted is revoked.

1) for internal purposes of the association:

  • to register members and participants in events, to transfer this data between the leaders of the association to ensure normal activities in the scope of – name, surname, date of birth, address, mobile phone and email ;
  • to transfer personal data to superior organizations, partners, authorities and an insurance company to ensure the activities of the association, insure participants or ensure the financing of the association, to the extent of – name, surname, date of birth, address;
  • for better preparation of Christian spiritual programs, to the extent – information about non-membership in the church and only for internal purposes of the association, without transfer to a third party ;

Warning: If you refuse to provide the personal data mentioned in paragraph 1) points a) and b) you cannot participate in the events of the association, its teams and clubs.

2) for promotional and information purposes of the association:

  • to create promotional materials for the association (e.g. annual reports, brochures, leaflets, electronic magazine) containing photographs, videos, audio recordings, sports results of event participants , individually or in a group with other persons, without attaching other personal data;
  • to publish photos , videos, audio recordings, sports results of event participants on websites, social networks individually or in a group with other persons, without attaching other personal data;
  • to send information about organized events and other activities of the association beyond the scope of normal activities in the scope of – name, surname, e-mail, telephone ;

E. Data of members of the Football Association of the Czech Republic

For players and members of our football clubs who are also members of the Football Association of the Czech Republic (FAČR), the same data processing and storage conditions as in Part C apply, plus:

1) for the purposes of fulfilling the club’s obligations arising from the FAČR regulations:

  • to record and transfer personal data (listed on FAČR forms) to the Football Association , including: name, surname, e-mail, telephone number, address, date of birth, birth registration number and FAČR member identification number

Warning: If you refuse to process the data in paragraph 1) point a), you cannot become a member of the FAČR and you cannot participate in official competitions organized by the FAČR for our club.

Your Rights

You have the right:

  • have access to your personal data,
  • withdraw the consent granted at any time, for each of the above purposes separately,
  • request information about what personal data is being processed about you,
  • request correction or addition of your personal data,
  • request the deletion of personal data for which there is no longer a reason to process it,
  • request restriction of processing of data that is inaccurate, incomplete or for which the reason for their processing has ceased to exist, but you do not agree to their deletion,
  • request the transfer of processed data,
  • object to the processing of your personal data for direct marketing, including related profiling,
  • not to be subject to automated individual decision-making, including profiling,
  • receive a response to your request without undue delay, in any case within one month of receipt of the request by the controller.

Contact

The processing and storage of your personal data remains unchanged, we do not transfer it to third parties (except for obligations arising from the FAČR regulations, or for the purpose of insuring your participation in our events, or from obligations arising from the law), we only use video recordings in our own publications, we do not spam you with offers, and you have always had the opportunity to request correction or deletion of your data. And so we believe that your trust in us does not change either.
